A note from Julia, “if you have time, an encouraging note or email goes a long way toward boosting our spirits and keeping us connected. Also letting people know what we are doing, and planning is helpful.

The one amazing thing about what is going on right now is the unassailable fact that the whole world is experiencing this, and it makes us realize what is so very important.

You never miss people so much as when you can’t see them. I do so miss all of you and particularly your hugs. Please find ways to take care of yourselves – not just physically but emotionally and spiritually as well. This is going to be with us for a while, so we need to do our best to look after each other. We also need to be patient and kind, especially with ourselves. 

You are in my prayers. And if you ever need me, just give me a call.
