A wonderful evening on Sunday, December 22nd at St. Andrew’s in celebration of Christmas 2024. Sandra and Wanda led the service with the lighting of the last Advent candle and later the Christ candle – – not without its challenges, but the candles were eventually lit. Julia told the story of the nativity intermixed with music played by Shirle (piano) and Heather (organ). There is always a special moment in the service when candles are lit and all sing, Silent Night together – – a very special evening indeed.
